MISSILE TYPE SILENCERS

CLDD 45/65 Cylinder Silencer is the acoustic patent equipment designed by CLET and has undertaken engineering applications for many years. (Patent No. ZL 2008 2 0091148.0). The external hollow cylinder and internal acoustic cylinder cartridge constitute the whole cylinder silencer structure. The external hollow cylinder is made of boiler steel and covered by thermal insulation at inner side. Inner insulation layer is filled with efficient acoustic pillow (aluminum silicate and rock wool with resistance to high temperature) wrapped by silicon oxygen cloth. The cover plate is made of stainless steel punching plate and connected to external cylinder by expansion bolting. The design of overall structure has taken into account the thermal expansion and resulting stress.
