3D Panel Machine is the main machine of the 3D Panel Production Line, which controlled by PLC system, touch screen as operation surface, step motor as drive. This machine can insert, cut, and locate the wire mesh and the EPS board automatically and accurately to complete the production of the 3D panel. As our location device, feeding wire structure has gained national patents, which ensures the 3D panel quality. This production line is of high automatic manufacturing level, productive efficiency, and low lack welding rate, strong welding pressure and even welding strength. The finished products (3D panels) are in excellent quality and cost low. Our R&D Department can design the machines according to customers' special requirements on 3D panel machine or 3D panels. The labors for the 3d panel line only needs 4-6 people.
