Diamond Wire Saw for Cutting Sapphire Wafer

S600D multi wire saw is applied especially for sapphire sawing (e.g., LED manufacturing). It works exclusively with diamond wire and has an extremely high output due to the high sawing speed and long load length. Further advantages include its high flexibility & precision, low operation cost. Wire guiding, cooling systems and control system are optimized compared with slurry wire saw.
