I am in the market to purchase 1.3 million units of mobile phone. I am looking to purchase these units in stages, roughly 100,000 to 150,000 units per month over the next 9-12 months. The phone that I require is a basic one. All I need is minimal memory and the basic functions like the ability to display the past 3 calls made and received. So in essence, really simple technology. With regards to the price that I am prepared to pay, for each unit (that is phone, battery and battery charger), I am looking for a price around the $15 USD mark.
