Zodiac Medicals (Private) Limited supplied the first ever Bone Densitometry Full Body Scanner in Sri Lanka. This was supplied to the College of Medicine at the Karapitiya Teaching Hospital, Galle.
It is being used for the detection of Osteoporosis and also for extensive research on hip geometry and other related studies on bone density and early detection of Osteoporosis.
