The production line is maily applied for the IV solution bottle of 50ml, 100ml, 250ml , 500ml and other customized size, in rough cleaning, fine cleaning, filling(nitrogen filling), stoppering, capping, bottle loading(loading in the bottle onto the sterilizing cart), bottle unloading (unloading the bottle onto the sterilizing cart), lamp checking, labeling,etc.

01)The whole line is with series connection mode, clear structure, elegant appearance, the line can be separated in different purified class section, and set the buffering area.
02)The line can be made like this: fine cleaning& filling in one machine or filling
&stoppering in one machine, then the line will be short with need less space and less operator.
03)The rough washing and the fine washing are totally separated and finished

adopts the same place for bottle input and output. This saves the operator
