In the process of beer brewing,this enzyme can be added after material is stirredin the mash boiler.each gram material can need 6 unit enzyme The material can be liquefied about 30 mins in 85-90 centi grade. 2. In the process of sugar and monosodium glutamate,this kind of starch enzyme can be added to starch slurry(6-8 unit per gram material),after they are sufficiently mixed,you can heat them to 85-90 centi grade and liquefy them about 30 mins. 3. In the process of textiles desizing,it can be used in desizing of no resisting high-temperature silk,chemical fiber,linsey-woolsey.The addition of this enzyme is 0.2 percent(30000u/ml),and it should be kept 20-40 mins after the temperature is increased to 50-80 centi grade. 4. In other industries,the addition of enzyme can be controlled in 6-8 unit per gram starch,and concentration of Ca is 150 ppm.
