Qnantity: 50000 MT per month Specification and details of steam coal ARTICLE 2 - MATERIAL The Material is one specific grade of Steam Coal of Kalimantan, Indonesian Origin. ARTICLE 3 - QUANTITY 3.1 The delivery quantity shall be 50,000MT +/- 10% per month. Duration from March 2011 to February 2012 for one year based on the charter vessels¡¦ schedule arranged by the Buyer. 3.2 First trial shipment within March 2011 is 50,000MT (+/-10%). 3.3 After successful the first trial shipment, quantity will be increased to about 100,000MT (+/-10%) per month as per mutual agreement. ARTICLE 4 ¡V TERM OF DELIVERY 4.1 The Seller makes arrangement for Buyer¡¦s representatives to visit the coal mines, stockpiles and jetties as soon as possible after both parties signed the Contract. Buyer¡¦s representatives have the right to take coal sample for own testing. 4.2 After L/C reached the Seller¡¦s banker, both the Seller and the Buyer mutually agreed the exact Laycan. Delivery should be within Thirty (30) days after Seller¡¦s receipt of acceptable Letter of Credit as stipulated in Article 9. ARTICLE 5 - PRICE 5.1 The Price shall be USD .00 (US Dollars Only) per Metric Ton FOB Mother Vessel based on GCV (ADB) 6300Kcal/Kg 5.2 Price will be evaluated every Three (2) months based on mutual agreement. ARTICLE 6 - QUALITY SPECIFICATION¡@ 6.1 The Quality of coal to be supplied hereunder shall be with the following typical specifications determined and analyzed as per ASTM at the loading port by CCIC.
