End surface protective lance nozzle is composed of inner pipe, middle pipe, outer pipe, water fender and nozzle substrate. The characteristic is the protective cap covered on the end surface which is fixed by welding to the nozzle body. The protective cover contains components of high temperature resistance and high hardness which form thermal expansion and wear-resisting layer that can block nozzle thermal radiation and slag flushing. The main difference between End surface protective lance nozzle and conventional casting lance nozzle lies in the protection of the protective cove on the end surface. It adopts special technology to form the compact protecting-layer which can protect the end surface from corrosion for a long time and avoid the direct contact between the substrate materials-the fine copper and high temperature furnace burden and burner gas. Due to good heat insulation function and erosion resistance of the end surface protective cover, the thermal load borne by the substrate material is efficiently reduced, and high temperature furnace slag and molten steel erosion of the nozzle end surface is lessen, thus the nozzle¡¯s service life is extended significantly.
