Applications and Usage Instruction(in compliance with GB2760: Hygienic standards for uses of food additives):
Carthamus Yellow can be widely used in instant rice & flour products, soda pop, fruit-flavoured beverages, beverages offruit and vegetable juice (pulp), decorative fruits and vegetables, frozen drinks (edible ice excluded), candy, topping, preserved fruits, jelly, canned fruits, canned vegetables, canned eight precious porridges, imitation wine, fillings for cereal foods, salted and cured meat products, condiments, puffed food.
When use Carthamus Yellow, dissolve the color with a small amount of water first, and then mix the color solution with food materials.
Usage Reference (in compliance with GB2760: Hygienic standards for uses of food additives):
For instant rice & flour products, the maximum usage limit is 0.5g/kg. The maximum usage limit for other products is 0.2g/kg.
Storage: Sealed, avoid light, store in a cool and dry place.
Shelf Life: If the storage condition attains as mentioned above, powder is two years from production date. Once opened, should seal up again and use within six months.
